With All In Flavour you are entitled to make returns within 14 workdays from the day you received the product. Please note the product may not be worn off or damaged to be eligible for refund.
All products of All In Flavour are covered by a warranty on production failures for six months. We do not cover damages caused by yourself or abrasions. Please note that a phone case is a product that is used intensively every day and is always subject to scratching and abrasions.
To claim your warranty, at all times you have to return the damaged product to us. The shipping costs for returning products to us are on your own account. We can request you to send pictures and/or more information about your product.
If your product is damaged and you want to claim warranty, always contact us first through the contact form. We take a look at your case, and when we approve the claim you will receive information about how to return your product.
After we approved your warranty, you can send us the defective product. Always send the product back along with a short note explanation and your order number. You can find your order number by logging into your account and click on ‘My orders’ in the left menu.
